90 Day Fiance: Avery and Omar Living In The US Together, Did He Get The Visa?

90 Day Fiance couple Avery and Omar are focusing on their relationship, career, and are avoiding the media. However, she did take to Instagram to answer some questions that fans posed about the couple. Let’s take a look.

90 Day Fiance: Avery Overwhelmed By Fans’ Questions

Fans overwhelmed Avery with their questions about her relationship status with Omar. They wanted to know why she is still living in America while her husband lives in Syria. The TLC show viewers have been thinking about Avery and Omar’s living situation as they reside in different countries. Teh fact that they are now married makes the whole situation a bit more weird for fans.

That’s the reason why Avery took to Instagram to clear the air about their plans and how they are managing their situation. Avery is still living in America as she has been attending college and working. At the same time, the reality TV star is looking for ways to secure a spousal visa for her husband.

90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, Avery and Omar Going Strong?

Avery and Omar made their first appearance on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days in season 3. Avery converted to Islam as she believed that it would keep her on the right path. Even though her mother disapproved of her decisions, she continued to follow her faith and fell in love with a Muslim man.

For the first time, the couple met in person in Lebanon. Even though a spousal visa might not be easy to come by for Omar, the US is the couple’s preferred country of residence. The United States has imposed a travel ban on Syria which makes the entire process all the more difficult.

Of course, Avery can move to Syria. However, her mom doesn’t approve of it. Plus, if they go ahead with this, Omar’s chances of getting a spousal visa will become even slimmer.

Where Does The Couple Stand on Waiver and Alternatives to Living in The States?

According to Avery’s lawyer, they should request a waiver. This might relieve Omar of his travel ban. It’s a slight possibility even if the couple strictly follows every guideline. Hardship is a requirement for a waiver. Avery and Omar living in different countries despite being a married couple can be a hardship.

Even though the couple is keeping America as their top priority, they have some backup countries as well. In case Omar doesn’t get to come to the States, Avery has Kuwait, U.A.E, and Canada as their options.
