’90 Day Fiance’: Before The 90 Days: Geoffrey Paschel Lost Custody of Son, Arrest For Assault

90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days: Geoffrey Paschel has been facing charges for interfering with an emergency call, domestic assault, aggravated kidnapping, and vandalism. In June, he allegedly assaulted his then live-in girlfriend. According to her, he repeatedly slammed her head on to the hardwood floors. He also kept on dragging her throughout the house by her hair and threw her body into furniture and walls. Apparently, now, the 90 Day Fiance star has lost custody of his son with Brittany. Let’s take a look at what went down.

90 Day Fiance: How Geoffrey Made His Situation Worse

Geoffrey’s girlfriend said that he was intoxicated when he assaulted her. Officers observed abrasions on her knees and elbows and a massive bruise on her forehead. According to a paramedic on the scene, she displayed signs of a concussion that were fairly obvious. A forensic unit has documented the injuries of the victim.

When the officers asked Geoffrey, he told them that his girlfriend self-inflicted the injuries. However, according to reports, the scratch marks on Geoffrey’s chest and stomach appeared to be self-inflicted. According to officers, they had solid grounds to charge him with misdemeanor domestic assault. They handcuffed him and placed him in the police vehicle. But soon after that, Geoffrey made his own situation worse from the bad.

According to Starcasm, Geoffrey attempted to kick the patrol vehicle’s windows. The police had to apply leg restraints. Moreover, even with restraints, he tried to do further damage to the vehicle. This prompted the cops to remove Geoffrey from the vehicle and put further restraints.

90 Day Fiance: Geoffrey and Brittany’s Co-Parenting Agreement Affected

Geoffrey had custody of his and Brittany’s four-year-old son Cayvan. But after the assault, there was a hearing to determine their co-parenting time in the future. The authorities allowed Brittany to have his son for one week in a month. The rest of the time, he was with Geoffrey. When the assault happened, Cayvan was with Brittany. But when she found out about his arrest, her lawyer filed for an emergency motion for suspending co-parenting time. Since the allegations were “particularly egregious” against him, they had to take this action.

The judge gave Brittany temporary legal custody of Cayvan. He reversed the schedule, and now Geoffrey can have Cayvn for only a week in a month. Brittany’s mother flies to Atlanta to pick him up. Earlier, Brittany lost his custody because she took him to Canada illegally. She explained that Geoffrey has a history of emotional and physical abuse, but the judge ruled against her.
