’90 Day Fiance’ Cast members With Shocking Criminal Records and Pasts: Jorge Nava, Darcey, Paul Staehle, and More

The Big Secret! Almost every 90 Day Fiance star has one of those. And the most common one is a criminal record they initially hid from their partner. A majority of 90 Day stars have had their run-in with the law as the franchise progress with more and more variants. Not to mention, ongoing criminal cases. On that note, let’s take a look at 90 Day Fiance stars with a criminal record.

Geoffrey Paschel

90 Day Fiance

From drug possession charges to domestic violence arrest, Geoffrey Paschel tops the list of 90 Day Fiance alums with a criminal record. He has faced the accusation of using his children as drug mules as well. Geoffrey’s criminal record is one of the reasons why TLC didn’t feature him on the recent 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Tell All.

Mary Wallace

In 2013, Mary faced an arrest on domestic violence charges. She was caught in a love triangle between Geoffrey and Varya. After she came into the limelight, viewers got to know her criminal past through prying eyes.

Paul Staehle

Almost always exhibiting unstable behavior on 90 Day Fiance, Paul doesn’t have an exactly innocent background. He holds the accusation for second-degree arson and “Burning Personal Property To Defraud Insurer.” In fact, these are some of the reasons his visa for Brazil didn’t go through. With great difficulties, Karine accepted his shady past.

Darcey and Stacey Silva

In February 2018, Stacey and Darcey got into a late-night argument and it led to Darcy’s arrest. But Stacey later revealed that they learned their lesson and it’s not happening again. They have left their catfight behind and are now focusing on their own TLC spinoff.

Tim Clarkson

When Tim was in Lowa, he got arrested for DUI in January 2015. However, he pled guilty and had to pay a fine. Not only that, the 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way alum also had to attend a 48-hour weekend Drunk Driving School certificate program at Kirkwood Community College.

Ronald Smith

The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Ronald Smith got into a lot of legal trouble for his gambling addiction and also went to rehab. Initially, his hidden criminal past caused issues with Tiffany. However, later, the couple worked things out.

Danielle Jbali

Danielle holds the accusation of money theft, credit theft, and forgery. She described using someone else’s credit card as a mistake. In 2005, the reality TV star was charged with four felonies. She ended up paying her restitution, court costs, and also served probation.

Jon Walters

The 90 Day Fiance Season 2 star had about 50-60 physical fights as a teen which lead to assault charges and convictions. But he did manage to avoid prison time by pleading guilty. It was hard considering he hit the victim so hard that he suffered an eye injury.

Larissa Dos Santos Lima

Carrying a record of three arrests for domestic violence and misdemeanor, Larissa almost got deported because of her criminal record. It also led to one of the most intense splits on 90 Day Fiance. She is currently with Eric.

Jorge Nava

Jorge got arrested for carrying 300 pounds of marijuana. He served a total of one year and eight months in prison and got an early release in May 2020. Some viewers say that he was trying to buy a better life for Anfisa when he got arrested. But now, Jorge and Anfisa are their separate ways and he is happy with his new girlfriend.

Scottie Deem

Statutory rape and aggravated child molestation are the primary charges against Scottie Deem, Angela Deem’s daughter. She committed these violations multiple times and was released on May 16th after serving 15 months in prison.
