In the upcoming September 22 episode of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Chloe Fabiano receives her first reality check as she moves to Aruba. The 23-year-old reality star has recently decided to move in with her boyfriend, Johny Fernandes, 32, in Aruba. What Chloe imagined would be a smooth move with the love of her life is already turning into a series of lifestyle challenges she hadn’t anticipated.
Chloe left her six-figure job in Boston to be with Johny, whom she first met on a pirate-themed booze cruise. The reality TV star quickly realizes that daily life in Aruba will pose challenges she never had to consider back in America. From small comforts to basic amenities, Chloe’s desires are at odds with Johny’s easygoing island routine. Keep on reading to find out more about Chloe’s challenges in her new life.
Chloe from 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way’s recent decision to move has brought all concerns to her mother. As her mother helps her pack, she’s not entirely on board with her decision. Her mom voices her concerns, tells her, “Chloe, you are moving to another country for a pirate.” Chloe replies with confidence, “Not everyone wants to work a 9 to 5.” The reality TV star seems to be unbothered by her mother’s concerns and dismisses them completely.
Chloe’s mother fears the transition won’t be easy. She expresses her worries that Chloe will have a “harder life” in Aruba than she imagines. And she is upset because that’s not the kind of life she imagines for her daughter. She only hopes the best for her daughter, but life doesn’t seem to be the same way for Chloe.
Chloe and Johny from 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way have been drawing plenty of attention from fans, mainly because of the significant changes the couple is facing at this stage in their relationship. The couple has decided to take the big leap as Chloe moves in with Johny. For Johny, this movie will be a test of whether Chloe is genuinely ready for “something real.”

Johny talks about Chloe’s previous trips, where she always stayed in rentals and never in his home. Now that she is here, it will become clear whether it is genuinely something. Johny asks her to unpack, and she responds, “It’s a tomorrow thing,” as she is too tired after her flight. Johny closely watches as she looks around and talks about her silk pillowcase.
Chloe insists on tracking down her silk pillowcase, a luxury which Johny admits he’d never even heard of until she entered his life. The star points out that silk helps to prevent wrinkles. To this, Johny responds, “And then the Botox helps,” hinting at the difference in their worlds altogether. However, the conversation becomes more serious when Chloe inquires about installing a hot water system. Johny explains that in Aruba, most of the homes don’t have hot water because the climate makes it unnecessary, and the expense is high. She insists on getting it, as she says she is willing to pay the bill herself. Something that catches Johny off guard, and he says, “It’s a lot, though.” Imagine if it becomes like $100?”
Johny tries to elaborate on the topic and says, “In the States, when it’s winter, you need hot water,” he tells viewers. “But here in Aruba, there’s never snow. The coldest it gets is 75.” But this is non-negotiable for Chloe as she can’t avoid hot water. Viewers wait to see Chloe settling into her new home and life, where fundamental lifestyle changes will be challenges. Perhaps this will test their honeymoon phase and see if the two can really endure the pain. Keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers for all the latest reality TV updates.
