Now it seems like things are moving in a different direction.

Exactly one month after the couple filed for a legal separation, Leida apparently had a change of heart and filed a stipulation dismissing her divorce and legal separation notice. Eric signed the stipulation. A judge also signed off on dismissing the legal separation notice the same day she filed it. So, what is really happening between the two? Are they working on their relationship?

Leida Margaretha recently opened up about her severe money troubles. She admitted in court documents that she is unemployed and relies on a $700 monthly allowance from her parents, along with government assistance. Other than that, she has no income. Leida revealed that she has only $20 in savings, $500 in her checking account, and just $200 in cash.

Meanwhile, she struggles with a $300 monthly car payment for her Audi, $10,000 in loans, and $750 in credit card debt. She pays $75 each month toward her card, but says it barely makes a difference. On July 27, after seven years of marriage, Leida filed for divorce and requested that the court waive her fees. Authorities once accused her of fraud and theft at a previous job, which may explain why she continues to struggle to find work.

Leida filed for divorce while she was in prison, but now things seem to be changing. According to recent court orders, the court dismissed the divorce without further costs to either party. The court issued its final notice after the 90 Day Fiance star filed for dismissal in the family court. According to updates from John Yates, Leida and Eric were recently spotted together.

The famous blogger reported during a YouTube live that Leida and Eric are probably trying to work on their relationship. Leida even stipulated to dismiss the legal separation file. John revealed that for at least two weekends, Eric would pick up his wife in the Corvette and take her on weekend trips. They dressed up and seemed to have a good time together.

Eric picked Leida up on Friday night and dropped her off on Sunday night. She also receives numerous Amazon packages every day. Leida’s son, Alessandro, no longer lives in the United States. Last month, John shared a report revealing that Eric told him Leida returned to Indonesia with her son after the death of their five-week-old daughter.

Reports also claim Leida pleaded insanity in court for her bail-jumping case. Police arrested her for bail-jumping, which continued from a January arrest for animal mistreatment and disorderly conduct.
