He conveys to his daughter that when he found out about the pregnancy, he was shocked to his core. In a clip, his disappointment was clear when he mentioned that Andrei knocked up his daughter without any plan to support her.
The bluntness with which he stated some harsh facts showed his frustration. He also told the cameras that he feels that the couple is taking him for granted. He had no problem giving them the apartment without making them pay rent. But there was only one condition. They have to maintain the house as if it was their property.
