If that wasn’t all, he also admitted to being broke, and then when he met Faith, he had to admit to having gonorrhea. He also wanted a permanent way to stay in the Philippines and was desperate to marry Faith.
But when Faith rejected his proposal, Loren had a breakdown. He tried to hurt himself with a knife and also attempted to crush beer cans on his head. Because of such disturbing behavior everyone was concerned for him. Well, it looks like, with more episodes, fans have started to develop a soft corner for Loren. It was because of his presence during the Tell All.

As 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days began, viewers didn’t waste any time to make Loren the villain of the season. His behavior continued to get chaotic because of being broke, wanting to settle in the Philippines anyhow, and having STDs by cheating on Faith. By the finale, the latter had accepted his proposal first and then rejected it.
By the time Loren came to Tell All, even other cast members began to make fun of him. Some even wanted to know if he was “clean” before they hugged him. After a point, he shed tears while talking about it to Vanja, who was nice to him. Someone made a Reddit post talking about how bad they felt for Loren. They wondered if he was “in the spectrum” due to his behavior.
But the user said that no matter how Loren behaved on the show, he deserved some basic human decency in the sets of Tell All.
