After all the pitfalls in their way, Michael and Angela finally made it through. They got married and Angela seemed really happy in the confessional. But unfortunately, the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After star received some bad news from back home which put her in a disastrous state of mind.
90 Day Fiance: Angela and Michael’s Tumulous Road to Marriage
Angela and Michael have had undergone a tumultuous time in their relationship. In the recent episode, they embarked upon a brand new journey in their life. Previously, Angela has called off the wedding multiple times and has also accused Michael of staring at the exotic dancer in their combined bachelor-bachelorette party.
According to Nigerian tradition, women should be submissive to men. However, Angela wasn’t making any such promises. In fact, she made it pretty clear that she wasn’t going to change for Michael at all. At one point, she even said that she was getting a little sick of the culture over there.
Michael applied for the visa before but it got denied. His lawyer told him that the only way to increase his chances of getting a visa would be if he marries Angela first. She also agreed with this and the couple finally took their relationship to the next level. The couple is hoping for Michael to get a spousal visa so that they can go to live in America together.
Angela Ready to Enjoy Her Married Life With Michael
Angela said in her confessional that she is aware of the issues the couple might face. However, she is also excited about being a newly married and is getting the whipped cream ready for some crazy time with her husband.
However, just after a few hours, she received a call from Skyla that her mother was unresponsive and they called an ambulance. She said in the confessional that she is not aware of what might happen at that point. Angela wasn’t able to contact her daughter. All she could do was wait for her call to know what happened.
Angela’s mom gave her the blessing to get married to Michael. But she made it clear that there’s no point being reluctant as her daughter will do what she wants anyway.
Later, while talking to the TLC cameras, Angela mentioned that she was proud to be her mother’s daughter. Despite their ups and downs, the five-time cancer survivor had been there for her. However, at the time, she was sad that her mom won’t be able to witness the wedding.
