For three days, they stopped making eye contact and even speaking, which caused him confusion about whether he should reunite with her.

During a recent HEA episode, Kara Bass denied cheating accusations against her. She said that she didn’t commit anything that she should be ashamed of. After Guillermo noticed her smiling and texting on her phone, he began to doubt her loyalty to him. For the past few weeks, he saw himself sending messages often, so that he couldn’t help but raise questions.

Next, Guillermo and Kara unfollowed one another on social media and deleted their pictures, leading fans to wonder if they are indirectly announcing their split. Back in the show’s episodes, the two came for therapy sessions, which revealed they had intimacy issues and how detached they were from each other.

Kara noted that Guillermo bid goodbye to his workplace, from where he received family health insurance. She looked quite disappointed because the insurance had supported her husband’s childhood dream of being a pilot. The TLC star wondered why he hadn’t reconsidered it, given that they are now parents to a toddler. Their son Nicolas had them share parental duties and responsibilities.

Kara called Guillermo an irresponsible father who thinks her career as a Bachata singer troubles him. She complained about how he avoided attending her shows despite her enthusiasm for his pilot aspirations.
