Still, Loren hoped to have more kids. She admitted having baby fever even after her three babies. But the 90 Day Fiance celeb appears to have dropped the idea of having a fourth baby.

Alexei was never really up for more kids after everything his wife faced during her recovery from the mommy makeover. Recently, Loren talked about their family on a podcast and shared some extremely personal details. The latter stated, “I actually got a hysterectomy four and a half months ago, which I was very private about, but like it’s going to come out eventually.”

She admitted that they were actually hoping for a fourth child. But the American native couldn’t carry more children because the birth of her third child almost killed her. Loren and Alexei never shared all the complications they faced after Ari’s birth. The former explained, “She started to rupture my uterus, so when we got the neonatologist, Ari was out of me 35 minutes later.”

She appeared on the “Between Us Moms” podcast on Tuesday, August 19, to talk about her journey. The 90 Day Fiance star shared what the doctors told her after the delivery.
