Michael Eloshway has been facing massive challenges since his criminal charges. He was a part of 90 Day Fiance for many years. But the reality TV celeb lost all his fame due to the shocking charges of possessing and distributing child pornography videos. However, Michael seems on the verge of losing all his wealth. He had to pay $10,000 in fines and an additional $5,000 to two victims who appeared in the videos.

Hence, the government has served notice to seize the TLC star’s property to collect over $20k, which he still owes for his legal issues. As per InTouch, the government also issued a notice to the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, where he had a pension plan. They are searching for his additional properties to recover the amount from him. 

90 Day Fiance: Michael Loses Plea To Vacate His Charges For Resentencing!

Michael Eloshway tried to save himself from criminal charges during his trial. However, the court ordered him to serve a decade in prison, in addition to the fines and penalties. He has to serve ten more years on probation after release and register as a sex offender. The TLC also had to submit to recommended treatment.

The court ordered Eloshway not to contact any children, including his own, without his probation officer’s approval. Hence, he made another appeal to the court to vacate his 10-year prison sentence. The 90 Day Fiance star argued that the judges shouldn’t have sentenced him for 121 months.

Michael’s court documents revealed, “He lacked the intent to distribute, download or even [view the videos] and took measures to prevent its distribution once he discovered that its presence would inadvertently appear on his computer.” According to US Weekly, he believed the lawyers failed to ask the right questions during his trial, which led to his conviction.

However, the judges turned down his request to vacate the charges. The TLC star’s wife also wrote a letter to the jury describing him as a loving and caring father. Aziza felt that the judgment had torn apart her family and asked the court to consider her decision when sentencing him. She hasn’t shared her opinion after the shocking judgment from the court.
