He claims to love her and is still married to another woman. This has caused a lot of stir among 90 Day Fiance fans which have also made Jenny and Sumit one of the most controversial couples ever.
90 Day Fiance: Sumit Says He Only Wants To be With Jenny
In the recent preview clip, we see Sumit talking to one of his friends. His friend asks him whether he has told anyone that he loves Jenny. He tells him that when someone asked him whether he loves Jenny, he said yes. But as soon as Sumit confessed his love for Jenny, everyone became aggressive and dragged him back home.
Sumit’s friend then tells the cameras that in India, most people frown upon a broken marriage. I f a person wants to end a marriage, there is going to be a huge drama. Sumit says that in other countries, marriage is between a couple. And if the couple feels that it’s not going well, they part ways. But in India, parents force their children to stay in the marriage even if it’s not going well.
He says that he wants to be with Jenny and that it is his right to be happy. Sumit’s father-in-law is asking him whether he is going to stay with his daughter. He has threatened Sumit that if he doesn’t stay with his daughter, the police is going to be at his doorstep. Even though having an affair is not a criminal offense, he can get Sumit arrested using false accusations.

Sumit’s father-in-law has given him the ultimatum. If he decides to separate from his daughter, he is going to drag Sumit’s entire family into jail. He is pressurizing Sumit to a great extent so that he stays married to his wife. His friend warns him that they might not be able to do much against Jenny. According to Soapdirt, they can certainly get him in trouble. Sumit then tells the cameras that he prefers to be in jail rather than in a marriage he is not happy with.
Sumit’s friend says that Jenny must be extremely angry right now. To that, Sumit says that he must sneak out and meet her. He took a great deal of time to take a stand, and he is not willing to back down now. The fact that he is willing to choose Jenny and is also ready too to jail for her sake proves that he might still love her.
