Not only did the reality TV star ended her marriage with Jihoon, but she also claims that Jihoon was a threat to her and her kids. In a detailed interview with John Yates, Deavan opened up about a wide variety of details from her personal life. The interview lasted for 70 minutes. Deavan stated that she acknowledges that Jihoon wants to send stuff to his little boy. But she suggests that he can purchase things via Amazon in the US itself, or ship stuff from Korea. After all, he has the address! But the most uncomfortable thing about this is that he has been giving out Deavan’s address to strangers which is dangerous.
Deavan believes that there is absolutely no reason for him to involve some outside party who is a total stranger to them. They even had to relocate twice. The American native revealed that some of his fans have shown up at her residence out of the blue. Not only that, but they also threatened her and her daughter saying extremely horrific stuff. Deavan also has a relative or she claims is extremely dangerous. She seemed pretty adamant about hiding her address from that kin!
Enraging the die-hard fan base of Jihoon, Deavan revealed that she is happy with Topher. Not only that, but her son is also pretty attached to him. When Deavan was going to see Jihoon in Korea, she met Topher at LAX. Christopher was going to meet his then-girlfriend. Eventually, they broke up and Deavan and Jihoon also separated. He recognized the reality TV star on social media and they connected. The rest is history!

Deavan claimed that what fans saw on TV was a result of shady editing from TLC. She also revealed that they have apologized now. According to her, they showed the fans two events that were highly unrelated. From what it looked like, Drascilla briefly ran off to the playground and Deavan’s mum started yelling at Jihoon as if he endangered the little girl’s life.
Deavan stated that they were done with filming and Jihoon was responsible for watching Drascilla. Jihoon was on the phone and Drascilla took off. But due to the editing, the entire fan base turned against Deavan and her mum.
Speaking of Drascilla, Deavan revealed that she was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy. Even though they don’t know the cause for sure. they can see improvement with exercises. But right now she is unable to fully close one eye and smile properly.

Even though Deavan mentioned earlier that she had studied Korean for 2 years, TLC wasn’t interested in portraying that. Instead, they showed a translation device that caused further problems. Even when she said that they were having much more success with the text-based app, TLC didn’t budge.
Eventually, things unraveled between him and Jihoon and Delavan now accuses him of abusing Drascilla. According to her, not only did he pull out a chunk of her hair, he even threatened his own and his son’s life. In the end, Deavan revealed that she won’t be a part of the 90 Day Fiance franchise anymore. But she did say that there is a documentary in progress through which she is going to share her life story.
