Corey and Evelin have planned to open a cafe in Ecuador in Evelin’s name. The reason behind it was that Evelin is a citizen of Ecuador and she has told Corey that citizens of another country are not allowed to buy real estate in Ecuador. On Google, it clearly states that regardless of citizenship, people are allowed to purchase property in Ecuador.
Corey says that he is ready to leave everything in the States and go down to Ecuador to follow his heart and live with the love of his life. He admits that the place he is going is covered in pigs, but he is ready to make the adjustment to be with Evelin. He also mentioned that he wants to prove his commitment to her. Corey is proving that point by financially helping her out.

She even said this in front of his parents that in her culture, the man should provide for the wife.
