Earlier, Deavan, Jihoon, and the kids were supposed to go to a trip to the States together. However, Deavan ended up going to America without her Korean husband. She also stated that she is visiting and intended to come back. Fans assumed that her plans got postponed due to the lockdown amid the pandemic.
In one of the 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way episodes, Jihoon stated that he opted for a part-time job as he could take rest whenever he wanted to. He lied to Deavan about having a stable job. According to her, he tricked her into returning to Korea with the kids. Plus, he failed to check out the apartment to see whether it’s fit for a family. Even Jihoon’s parents agreed that the neighborhood wasn’t suitable for raising kids.

There are two ways to interpret what Jihoon meant when he said that he was done. First, and the most obvious interpretation is that he and Deavan are done. Maybe, she is not coming back.
