Fans are no strangers to the mountain of struggle Sumit and Jenny have faced in India. But, as if the massive age gap didn’t make things complicated enough, Sumit’s mother giving a suicide threat made things get way out of hand.
While the couple got engaged, they haven’t been able to move forward with the Arya samaj marriage rituals. However, in one 90 Day Bares All episode, Sumit’s mom Sahna revealed that she would be okay with her son relocating. At least if that’s what it takes to hide his relationship from a woman twice his age!
And recently, Sumit took to Instagram with some pictures of Jenny posing next to a Cinnabon sign and Starbucks. Screenrant reported that he posed in front of a Forever 21 store and clicked a selfie with Jenny beside an H&M logo. In the caption, he asked, “New York or New Delhi? What do you think?” He also set the location to DLF Promenade Mall.
It almost made fans believe that the couple is in America. But one of them took Sumit’s advice and checked out the mall’s location. It was in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, where Sumit is from. But it doesn’t seem like the location bothered fans too much. Most of them were just happy that Sumit and Jenny are still together regardless of where they were.
90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Critics Feel Sumit Is With Jenny For The Green Card
Starting from catfishing and marrying another woman after that, Sumit has done enough to make fans suspicious of his intentions towards Jenny. Some critics speculate that the Indian reality TV star has been with Jenny in hopes of getting a green card. However, Jenny laughed off such opinions by letting us know that her beau hasn’t even applied for a US visa.
In one of Sumit’s recent pictures, fans started asking him about whether they got married. They also wondered whether his parents have come to terms with the couple’s relationship. Sumit thanked fans for their interest but at the same time, urged them to wait a little longer.
As of now, we know that Sumit’s parents are strictly against him getting married to Jenny. However, if the couple decides to tie the knot despite the opposition, fans can expect some massive Bollywood drama worthy of at least a tub of popcorn!
