90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Tim Clarkson Arrest Details Revealed, Trouble With Law

Most reality TV shows have no hesitation in casting people with questionable legal histories and 90 Day Fiance has once again proven this. One of the latest additions to the franchise, Tim Clarkson has had a DUI arrest record which is now revealed. Let’s take a look.

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Tim Clarkson’s Arrest Record

Tim Clarkson has been in trouble with the law in Lowa. On January 3rd, in the year 2015, Tim faced charges for driving under influence. According to the court documents, this was the first offense. He was also driving with an expired registration. 

The cops pulled him over for a routine stop and found that he had bloodshot watery eyes. They also noticed a strong odor of ingested alcohol. The breath test indicated a BAC more than .08. So, the cops took him into custody. 

His release happened a few hours later with Tim entering into a not guilty plea. But later that year, in exchange for a fine, Tim entered a guilty plea in April. He also had to attend Drunk Driving School certificate program for 48-hours on a weekend at Kirkwood Community College.

On June 29th, the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star made his reality TV debut. Fans are yet to see his and his girlfriend Melyza Zeta’s story pan out on the show. They were both students at the University of Lowa where they met for the first time. 

The first night he met the love of his life was when he was at the bar he worked at. He admitted trying to gain Melyza’s attention. But he added that he was not the only guy hoping to do so. The others were trying to bring on the game but Tim had no moves. 

He mentioned that he has always been a bit goofy. According to him, that’s a trait Melyza fell for. At the time, she was working as an au pair in Lowa. But later, she moved to Boston to take on another job as an au pair. 

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Tim Calls Distance a Wall

A year later, Melyza continued her studies for which she came to her native country. But the couple continued to date long-distance. Tim stated that when someone starts planning a real future with another person, distance can act as a wall impossible to get past.
