She managed to get her way into a lesser charge and is finally getting out of the felony theft case. Apparently, the celeb who was initially on the verge of getting deported to Russia appears to be free now.

90 Day Fiance star Varya Malina had to go behind bars on July 9, 2025. Apparently, she was accused of shoplifting merchandise from multiple Lowe’s locations. The celeb was simply taking things without paying for them. Malina ended up taking merchandise worth between $1,000 and $2,500. But that’s not all.

Varya took stuff from Lowe’s stores in West Knoxville, Alcoa, Crossville, and Cookeville. This incident happened between February 20 and May 12, 2025. The celeb was exposed after the surveillance footage captured her. Hence, Malina had to go behind bars because an arrest warrant was issued against her!

90 Day Fiance star Varya Malina would now have to face the consequences of her theft. But they appear to be way lighter than viewers expected them to be. The celeb pleaded down to her misdemeanor count of aggravated trespassing. Here comes the shocking part. The judge also allowed her and sentenced her to six months of judicial diversion.

But there are some serious terms and conditions. Varya would have to pay $2,341.62 to Lowe’s as restitution.” Moreover, she can’t enter the noted outlet for the next six months at any cost. Malina would further have to make sure that she makes no “trouble” in the next six months and pay her applicable court costs.

Starcasm exclusively revealed that Varya’s agreement even talked about her “potential deportation.” It noted that the person who pleaded may have the risk of “immigration deportation.” It stated, “If a defendant is a non-citizen, he or she may wish to consult with an attorney for advice prior to pleading to an offense.” Hence, this case would have risked all of Varya’s American Dream in one go!

Apparently, Varya got her Green Card via the Diversity Visa Lottery program. She was one of the lucky winners who got a visa in the lottery system. But this doesn’t mean she could do anything and everything in America without anyone being able to send her back. Hence, the court has already warned her and asked her not to make any trouble now.
