On the first day of the court case, Geoffrey said that the truth shall prevail. And it seems that he is intent on proving it beyond a reasonable doubt. What a confidence, Geoffrey!

90 Day Fiance: Geoffrey Talks About First Day Of Domestic Violence Court Case

Right after the first day of the domestic violence court case, Geoffrey took to Instagram and updated his fans. He shared a picture on his Instagram stories and said that it was the first day of court, which is over. In the following slides, he talked about how everything is going and said that the truth will come out in due course of time. He even mentioned that it was all fantastic and he is thrilled for the coming days. Geoffrey went on to write, ‘Shall we root out some more lies today? Yes, I think we should.’

Geoffrey Paschel Accused On Multiple Charges

Some time back, the news was out that Geoffrey Paschel was facing assault accusations. According to certain court documents, he was accused of multiple charges. These include aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault, interference with emergency calls, and vandalism. Vandalism involved his then-girlfriend in a June 2019 incident. Although the officers noted “bruises” and “abrasions” on the woman’s body, Geoffrey excused himself from doing anything of the sorts. He said that the injuries were more or less self-inflicted.

When the season 4 of the TLC show aired, the allegations kept chasing Geoffrey. In fact, he was not allowed to appear in the Before the 90 Days Tell-all special. But that didn’t stop Geoffrey from proving himself innocent. In a Youtube video, Geoffrey explained his side of the story and denied hurting anyone. He denied the claims of inflicting injuries on anyone, either. The reality star was pretty confident when he said that his exes are conspiring against him. Apparently, they are making ‘absurd’ claims to acquire the full custody of the children they share with him.

90 Day Fiance: People Are Fabricating False Stories Against Geoffrey

Geoffrey explained in the video that he never laid a hand on anyone. He further added that the multiple allegations were ‘to only corroborate each other’s story.’ Basically, all the people aimed at him were fabricating a story beyond the lines of facts and truth. Furthermore, he also denied that it was “absolutely not” true that multiple protection orders had been taken out against him. One of his ex-girlfriends obtained a restraining order in February. However, Geoffrey went to court and fought the case. Eventually, he won it and proved the other person false.
