Bear Brown revealed about staying in a hotel in his latest Instagram post. He wrote in the caption accompanying his selfie about having to stay in a hotel. In another of his previous updates, he talked about having friends who are helping him to cope with the terrible situation. He thanked his buddies for taking care of things and for being around. Bear previously shared that the family faced ‘devastating loss.’ It appears that the fire at the Alaskan Bush People family’s ranch may have damaged at least some property.

Bear Brown’s Home Is Burned Leaving Behind Barren Land

The reality TV star first broke the news on August 19, telling his followers that flames “swept through their mountain, their home.” He continued updating his fans on the developments and shared that the place is still burning at that time. Bear also admitted that the family wouldn’t give up on their home so soon. In a video from August 23, the family filled in the fans with details of fire “still raging.” The rest of the crew explained that a massive wildfire on Palmer Mountain damaged the property. They further shared that everyone has come out safe and totally good.

Alaskan Bush People: Brown Family Intent On Rebuilding Home

If the fans might recall, the Brown family settled into their new home in 2018 during season 8 of the show. After Ami’s diagnosis of cancer, the family was keen to live in a new home where they could live off the land. However, they didn’t want to be too far away from the hospital. Eventually, they came across North Star Ranch and made it their home. However, after the calamity, things would not be the same, or so do we think. The family will work hard to get back their ranch on track.
