Baylen Dupree, star of the TLC reality TV show, Baylen Out Loud, is excited to try a new anti-tic device that claims it can cut tics almost in half. The 23-year-old star traveled abroad to try the new device.

Baylen was diagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome five years ago. She has had multiple verbal tics since childhood. With therapy, counseling, and support from family and friends, she has shown significant growth in this area. However, she still has tics that make her yell out inappropriate things. Baylen Out Loud: Baylen Gets Inappropriate Tics

Baylen often gets verbal tics. Due to her Tourette’s, it is not under her control, and she yells out tics. Her verbal tics range from grunts and noises to animal sounds. Other times, it’s yelling out curses at people. During Season 1 of Baylen Out Loud, when the family and Colin visited an alpaca farm, she had an inappropriate tic about Colin. “Colin suck’s George Washington’s d*ck”.

Baylen also had inappropriate tic about Marlene, Colin’s mother, in Season. While the engaged couple was planning to visit Colin’s family, her improper tic was, “Marlene’s a dirty, fat, filthy, horny f—— whore”. Baylen was worried about her new tic, as she also called Marlene a “lying bitch”. It is well beyond her control, and her family and friends are understanding of it.

Baylen Out Loud fans know Baylen’s tics can sometimes be obscene. Even though she and everyone around her are accepting of her, it isn’t surprising that she might be willing to try a device that can help her control her tics. The Dupree family and Colin traveled abroad to the United Kingdom to test the new device.

In the clip, Baylen’s mom, Julie, was seen talking to a friend who said, “You remember the link I sent you of the device?”. In the confessional, Julie explained how there’s a device that sits on the hand like a watch and can cut tics almost in half. It seemed like a hopeful prospect, and Baylen agreed to give the device a try. Unfortunately, she was informed that to try it out, she needed to go to the UK.

The family traveled to London to try the new device. They went sightseeing to Piccadilly Square, where Baylen got a tic “Pick a dick, pit”. While at a restaurant, she developed a nervous tic that made a stranger laugh at her. In a confessional, Colin was hopeful that if there were a device to help with tics, it would make situations like that less stressful.  

The episode concluded with Baylen and the family sitting with the woman and the device. The woman put it on her like a watch. Others watch with hopeful eyes. This is a big step for her and for everyone around her. If the device worked, her life would become much less like a struggle. Fans watched with fingers crossed.
