Chrisley Knows Best alum revealed that she gained 40 pounds in a month due to her hormonal imbalance caused by endometriosis. This made her feel emotionally and mentally unhappy.

Savannah said that she did not like the way she looked. “If you don’t like how you look, it doesn’t just take a toll on you physically, but emotionally and mentally.” Although the liposuction was successful and she lost the weight, it marked a turning point in her health journey. She recently weighed 160 pounds and wished to lose weight to reach 135 pounds using the medication.

The reality star admitted that she struggled with weight loss in the past. Due to endometriosis, she has had weight issues previously that made her unhappy emotionally and mentally. Currently, she is at 160 pounds, and being lighter than that makes her happier. In the podcast, her mother complimented Savannah, saying she looks great anyway. However, Savannah is looking at weight loss medication for help.

Savannah opened up about her experience with weight loss shots. Even though it helped her, she still lost her appetite, despite loving food. “When I’m on the shot and I can’t eat, I’m like, ‘Ugh, I really love food’ “, she mentioned. This time, she thought of trying tirzepatide, which is known to have fewer side effects. Over the last couple of weeks, she had her bloodwork done to initiate the weight loss process.

Fans online have been against celebrities using weight-loss drugs like Ozempic to lose weight. Savannah is well aware of it, but she doesn’t care as much about public opinion.
