Chrisley Knows Best alum Todd Chrisley responded to allegations of blackmail and a sex tape from his first daughter, Lindsie. Over the years, they had a strained relationship. After she escaped with her boyfriend, Will, to marry him, he cut ties with her. Following their divorce, he and she bonded well, and he invited her to his final USA Network show.

Lindsie has been receiving backlash from her family, particularly from Savannah, for sending the FBI a letter about how Todd harassed her. Savannah noted that they don’t care if she has dropped her last name to adopt her current boyfriend’s. Lindsie now goes by Landsman according to her Instagram bio. She didn’t think anybody would notice it until it happened, which led her to explain that she had reclaimed her peace.

Lindsie Chrisley broke her silence on the ongoing drama happening between her and her father, Todd. She spoke to Entertainment Tonight on September 2 about whether she is holding onto any hope for reuniting with him. But she said she would never have a reconciliation with him. She wanted everyone to look forward in their lives.

Lindsie hoped her family would leave her alone as much as she did for them. She promised to put forth herself fully to all the accusations that might come anytime soon. The Coffee Convos podcast host further shared with the outlet that she took therapy to understand why she needed to step out of her family. Especially distancing from Todd was important. Her therapist recommended that she not engage with triggering online content.

On the final episode of The Chrisleys: Back To Reality on Lifetime, Todd and Chase Chrisley sat down together to delve deeper into Lindsie hurting them. They reflected on her dropping the bombs on the family, accusing Todd of procuring a sex tape and many naked photos of her to blackmail her with. She revealed his grave misconduct on the Dr. Phil interview in 2019.

After years of maintaining a proper silence, Todd could no longer wait to react to Lindsie through the docuseries. Back then, he understood that their father-daughter relationship turned bitter and it’s beyond repair. During his legal court case with Julie, his attorney exposed him to her child’s incriminating evidence, which would be hard to believe.

Even though Lindsie has denied getting involved in Todd’s legal matters, some shocking events occur to prove her wrong. He was arrested from a restaurant within three minutes of a phone call, making him realize she had filed a report against him. In the same interview, she claimed that her half-brother Chase bought her sex tape for $5000.

However, Chase said that in reality, he never committed any wrongdoing. Neither then nor now is he interested in watching any of her family members’ sex tapes. Following him, Todd also recalled him knowing such tape never existed. His son proclaimed that the wounds that have already been created would pertain forever.
