However, the going gets difficult when you stumble upon some nasty experiences. Just like Amy, who came across an Instagram fan who slid into her DM for body-shaming her. Counting On: Amy Shares The Screenshot Of A Nasty DM

Amy King shared the screenshot of a DM she received from a random Instagram user. According to it, the unnamed user praised Amy for being a good mom to her son, Daxton. They went on to say that she is behind others who happen to have four children by the age of 20. They didn’t stop there but continued to suggest to Amy that her body is perfectly fine to produce more babies. The user asked her not to be selfish and pick up the pace with getting pregnant again.

Amy ‘tried so hard not to post this’ but then gave in to her frustration. She shared the screenshot on her Instagram and wrote a well-worded caption. She shared that it’s weird how an absolute stranger had the audacity to tell her that her body is OK to produce more children. This certainly annoyed her who is healing from her C-section, struggling with vertigo, and dealing with exhaustion. She was pretty amused at how well a stranger knew her body better than her.

Amy Is Not Keen On Having More Children Now

Amy explained that she is keener to give her attention to her toddler than focus on another baby. Moreover, the pandemic has adversely hit her business and she wants to be back on track. Amy wants to stay upbeat and creative to focus on her business rather than getting pregnant again. Agreed that children are a blessing but having one, right now, would leave her emotional and unmotivated. She further explained how she grew up as a single child and did fine.

Counting On: Amy Is Designed To Have A Big Family!

The mom of one shared that some women are not designed to have big families and she’s certainly one of them. However, she appreciates the ones who do have big families because that demands a lot of strength. She added that she’d love to adopt or foster a child, nonetheless. Towards the end of a lengthy note, Amy said that it is exhausting to be compared to others. Now that she’s in her thirties, the show must end for her.
