Jill and her husband Derick have been staying away from the TLC show Counting On amid their public feud with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. In the midst of this, the couple is taking steps against the Duggar rules. The fans are obviously shocked and pleased to see this. Just last weekend, she shared a picture with her husband drinking pina colada. The fans were taken aback to see Jill openly defying her father by drinking alcohol. Counting On: Jill Slams The Fans For Discussing Her Drinks!
Jill posted a happy picture with Derick on Instagram. It featured the happy couple with Jill holding a cup of coffee. The mom of two took a jibe at her followers with a snarky caption. She mentioned that she is having a morning coffee date with her husband. She further added that since the people are very interested in her drinks, she would want to clarify that it’s her regular coffee. The white chocolate mocha with coconut milk.
Jill’s fans loved that the couple was spending some quality time with each other without having their kids around. This is more important after Derick went back to law school, Israel started kindergarten, and Jill has been staying at home with Sam.
Jill Is Estranged From Duggar Family, Back On Show Temporarily
The reality star is doing everything in her capacity to rebel against her conservative family. Of late, Jill is busy posting outfits her parents wouldn’t like, such as gym shorts, strapless tops, and jeans. She went a step ahead and pierced her nose. Moreover, she enrolled her eldest in a public school, much against the rules of Duggars.
Although Jill is estranged from her family after the couple rebelled against Jim Bob, she has briefly returned on the show to help out as a midwife. This was during her sisters’ and sisters-in-laws’ pregnancies. However, Derick made no appearance so far. Quite recently, Jill’s sons were removed from a family portrait further fueling the feud.
Derick has mentioned that Jim Bob is afraid of the influence the couple might have on other children. The couple is not allowed to visit the Duggar mansion in the absence of Jill’s father.
