Counting On stars Jinger Duggar Vuolo and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, are parents to Felicity, 2, and expecting a baby this year. Last year, Jinger suffered a terrible miscarriage the same time she told her parents about her pregnancy. In the latest episode of the TLC show, Jinger opened up about her emotional breakdown. The couple announced their second pregnancy some time in May this year. At the same time, they also shared a few deets about their heartbreak over a miscarriage that Jinger suffered last fall. Counting On: Jinger Opens Up About Her Horrible Experience

In the sneak peek of the latest episode, Jinger recounted her dark experience. In the clip, she says that the couple broke the news to the Duggar family over the video call. However, their happiness was short-lived. One night, Jinger saw some concerning signs. During the middle of the night, she started waking up and having more and more spotting and it was not normal. Then, Jinger added that the couple went to check for a heartbeat but they couldn’t find one. Later, they did an ultrasound as well and said that the couple had lost the baby. That shook the two.

Jeremy Says That It Was A Difficult Time

Jeremy picked up from where Jinger ended. He said that it was a difficult time for them. It was sudden and right after they announced the news to their parents. The tragedy hit them hard. Following this, Jinger admitted that she started to recover. Although recovery and healing was hard on some days, God gave her strength to sail through this storm.

Counting On: Jeremy Was The Man Jinger Needed

For Jeremy’s part, he continued saying that miscarriages are more difficult for women. After all, they carry that life within her and sustain that life physically. He said that the entire thing was difficult for him. But it would have been harder for his wife, Jinger. Jeremy also added that the two cried together and sat beside each other comforting themselves. Jinger adds that Jeremy was a great help. He took a lot of responsibility with taking care of Felicity so she could relax and recover. He was always there to read with her, pray with her, talk to her, and listen to her on days.

The couple announced that they are going to have a baby girl. Felicity would be a big sister. For them, life is beautiful and they are grateful to God.
