She gave her marrow to Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton, and this distracted her from Steffan again. Now, her hostage crisis that included Kate Roberts is coming to an end. So it looks like the dust is settling now, and she will have to deal with Stefan’s death.

When Gabi starts dealing with Stefan’s death, she will realize that she has lost him forever. Gabi will keep struggling with her grief.
