Their family seems to be expanding and the lovely home seems to have it all for raising kids and having a peaceful and fun-filled family life. But even though they love their current house, there was a time the couple was struggling to sell their old one. The deal is done, but it didn’t turn out as the couple might have initially expected. Let’s take a look.

Little People Big World: Zach and Tori Sell Their Old House At a Loss

Zach and Tori bought a huge house with plenty of space for the kids to play around. In the premiere episode, they opened up about putting their old house behind as soon as possible. At one point, when there were no buyers for the house priced at $420,000, Tori was worried about paying for two separate mortgages.

When the house was in the market for about five years, the couple managed to sell it for approximately $10,000 less than the original price they listed. In fact, it was much less as the final deal closed with the selling price of $382,500.

Little People Big World: How Is Zach and Tori’s Current Home?

The 5-bedroom house Zach and Tori currently live in with their two children was originally built in the year 1987. It features a lengthy driveway, hardwood floors, a pool, a two-car garage, and a fire-pit lounge area. The property is huge to accommodate their growing family.

What’s Going On With Other Roloff Family Members?

Matt is excited about the remodeled home he shares with Caryn, his current girlfriend. As for Amy, she has moved out of the Roloff farms after selling her share of the farm to Matt. She is planning on marrying Chris Marek sometime next year. Well, that’s what she said before the pandemic hit the world. There is a chance that she might have decided to further delay the wedding.

As for Matt, he has decided to take things slow with Caryn. According to him, if he proposes to her now, he would be stealing Amy’s thunder and he definitely doesn’t want that. But he is excited about his life with Caryn.

Even though the eldest Roloffs on Little People Big World are not together, nothing stops them from making happy memories with their kids and grandkids. What do you think the Roloff family plans on this pumpkin season? How would the pandemic affect such a crucial time of the year for the Roloffs?
