A lot of things have changed in the past few years, and the Pumpkin season last year felt pretty incomplete. Fortunately, things are now falling into place, but the only thing bothering fans is Caryn’s authority over the farm and its event. While it was Amy Roloff who managed these responsibilities previously, people think that she’s getting sidelined these days. Well, a recent incident on the farm raised more questions on the topic. Little People Big World: Caryn Is Rejoining The Pumpkin Season!
Caryn Chandler has now become an important part of the Roloff family, and one can’t deny that she’s getting quite a lot of authority in Matt’s life. Even though she’s not a farm manager anymore, Chandler makes her away in almost all major decisions on the farm. Previously, when she got criticized for the same, Matt came to her rescue and defended her. However, it seems like she’s about to get a lot more shade this time. In an exclusive sneak peek revealed by People, we got to know that Caryn is rejoining the Pumpkin season this year.
When the couple became public about their relationship, Caryn decided to stop working as a farm manager anymore. Hence, she did not participate in the Pumpkin season either. Well, she says in the clip that she took “a step back to keep the peace.” However, Chandler will soon be back at the farm to operate the Pumpkin Season. The sneak peek reveals Matt and Caryn discussing the upcoming event with Zach, Tori, and one of their farm managers. They discuss how they’ll be managing the farm visitors while taking care of the COVID-19 guidelines. Caryn is at the forefront of this conversation, and it almost seems like she’s taking over the Pumpkin season that Amy used to manage.
Little People Big World: Amy Roloff Is Getting Sidelined!
While Caryn had not been a part of the Pumpkin season for the last two years, Amy also missed the last one. The Little People Big World mom continued to devote herself to the special occasion as she has for all these years but took a break as she was moving out of the farm. This time around, she will be there at the event but won’t be involved in the planning. We previously saw Matt and Amy discussing the Pumpkin season together. Matt even said that the family missed her there last year. However, after that, Amy is not a part of the big plannings anymore.
Zach addressed this in the recent sneak peek that his mom won’t be a part of the big decision-making. However, she is planning on participating. After taking a break last year, Zach confirms that Amy will be more involved this year. He talks about how his mom has almost been the face of the pumpkin season as she shows her presence to the visitors and interacts with them. In fact, she is a big part of people’s experience at the popular annual event.
However, as per the looks, Amy won’t be getting the same place anymore, now that Caryn is almost taking over the Pumpkin season. Hence, it seems like she’s getting sidelined from the event this time. In fact, some fans feel that this might continue for the coming years. They’ve pointed out that Caryn is treating the farm like it’s hers now. She even tried to show off her authority by saying she’s “married to the guy that owns a pumpkin patch”. Even though she corrects herself that she’s not “married” yet, but people think that she’s said what she wanted to say. Besides, there are rumors saying that Caryn would be getting a share in Matt’s property.
