Little People Big World: Conner (LPBW star Caryn Chandler’s son) is going to trial after he was arrested for “harassing” his famous mother. The Sun reports that the court papers reveal that Connor, who is 21, has a six-person jury, all set for June 23, 2021. He had pleaded not guilty to the counts of harassment. Previously, it was reported that Connor was arrested in January 2020 and was held on a $10000 bond. Connor was charged with two counts of harassing his mom- Caryn, who is Little People Big World star Matt Roloff’s girlfriend. The court papers read that Connor had unlawfully and intentionally harassed or annoyed Caryn by subjecting her to offensive physical contact.
As a part of the release agreement, Connor was ordered no physical contact with either his mother, her family, or any of the defendants or witnesses related to the case. He was also ordered not to go within 100 feet of Caryn’s vehicle, residence, work, or person. Back in August 2020, the bench had ordered a warrant that was issued for his arrest. He had failed to appear at this settlement conference. Connor was arrested on August 28 and released the very same day. He turned himself in on November 30.
Connor Has Battled Drug Addiction
Back in 2018, Connor had revealed that he is sober after battling drug addiction. He announced this on Facebook. He has even spoken to The Sun about his battle with substance abuse. Talking about the substance abuse, he says that he was just another kid who was partying in high school, and one day after a part, he took some Xanax. He then realized that he felt everything just snowballing from there. Connor says that he didn’t want to stop and didn’t seem to find a reason to stop because he was high most of the time.
Connor went on to say that he thought that everyone was his enemy. So, he denied any help that anyone was offering him. All that led to his addiction taking away all the important things he had in life. He says that Rehab did not help her. He ended up becoming sober and clear after he turned 18 and was on his own. Once he was out of probation, things just happened. One day he was done, tired of living the life on drugs. He says that he has friends that aren’t there with him anymore because of the pills. Connor says that he knows that things would have been really different if he would have gotten the right help the first time. He added that the addiction had taken over his life.
Little People Big World: Caryn and Matt Are Getting Married?
Caryn, 52, is dating Matt, 58, after he got divorced from his wife of 27 years, Amy, back in 2016. She is also a mom to her daughter Brittany who is now 24. Reports suggest that Matt and Caryn have been speaking about marriage. The Sun reported that Caryn says that she and Matt have talked about marriage. Caryn thinks that Matt would not drop any hints of the proposal, and it would be a huge surprise.
A source close to the couple revealed that both Matt and Caryn are much in love, and the wedding can happen anytime soon. They have been planning about getting married for a while now. They reveal that Caryn is more of a go with the flow kind of person. So, she does not speak continuously about it. However, she would say yes if and when Matt asks.
Talking more about it, the source revealed that the wedding would be a family affair, and Amy will not be invited to the wedding. Caryn does not like her. But it would be an unforgettable day. Caryn wants an extravagant wedding, and Matt likes to spend money. So, all of it wouldn’t be a problem for anyone. The source adds that Caryn was married once before, but being with Matt and being on the show would be a blowout day.
