Jacob has been a keen supporter of legalization of gun control and marijuana. He has been a liberal since the time he gained his senses. However, Audrey is in a great deal of trouble for her anti-gay comments and homophobic remarks. And speaking of clashes, Jacob and the pair have differing views when it comes to politics as well.
They opposed their views on the Presidential elections in 2016 when Jacob spoke against Trump. At the same time, his sister-in-law celebrated Trump. Audrey posted a clip stating they can’t take four more years of Obama and Clinton. Just when the clip ended, Audrey was saying that it was good. At least the voice resembled hers. This further cleared the difference of opinion in the Roloff family.
Things were tense for about a year when Jacob decided to hit the unfollow button. In December 2017, Jacob and Isabel also got engaged. However, Audrey indirectly slammed the couple in 2018. Audrey wrote something about couples sparking sexual intimacy before they are married on her blog. The post targeted Isabel and Jacob, pointing out the fact that they moved in together before they tied the knot.
Audrey called the phenomenon a titanic problem. She further elaborated on the matter and made statements targeting the couple. that people who indulge in sexual intimacy and then develop an emotional attachment rarely listen to family and friends voicing concern about their partner.
