After her brutal divorce to Matt, Amy Roloff from Little People Big World has finally found love in someone else. Real estate agent Chris Marek proposed to her back in 2019, and they’ve wanting to tie the knots since then. Well, their 2020 wedding plans were delayed due to the Coronavirus outbreak. TV Season Spoilers revealed that their new wedding date is soon approaching and will fall sometime around August 2021. Now that the big day is only a few months away, fans are curious to know if the soon-to-be-married couple will invite Amy’s ex-husband or not.
Well, the divorced TLC couple do not have any bad feelings towards anymore. In an interview with Us Weekly, Amy Roloff answered some questions related to her wedding. When asked if she’ll be inviting Matt and Caryn, she said they might not want to attend the ceremony themselves. Though she said they’re welcomed if they’d like to join, neither of them is obligated to come just because they are invited. Moreover, the LPBW star mentions that she and her husband-to-be are mostly inviting good friends and close family. While she gets along with her ex and his girlfriend, the four of them are not friends who hang out together.
Amy continued to point out that she’s known Matt for a long, long time. He’s the father of her kids, and they now have grandkids too. Hence, they will be welcomed at the wedding date. However, Amy and Chris also feel they don’t want to invite someone just because they’re inviting them. As far as it sounds, the 56-year-old celebrity would do better if she doesn’t see her ex on her wedding day. However, it might be a formality for her to invite them.
Little People Big World: Is Amy Open To Joining Matt & Caryn’s Wedding?
As of now, Matt Roloff and Caryn Chandler, who have been dating for years, aren’t exactly engaged yet. However, the popular Little People Big World star has plans for that in the future. Hence, it’ll be interesting to know if his ex-wife will be present on his wedding day or not. Amy answered this question in an interview and revealed that she would not “expect” to get invited to Matt’s wedding to Chandler. Well, she also mentions that in case she and Chris get invited, Amy would just attend it out of support for her children. She might come to wish him all the best in his life together with his current girlfriend.
