This time around, it was a whopping $250,000. Yes, you heard it right! Contestants get to explore second chances at love, team up with other contestants as they participate in crazy, delightful games, competing for an added cash prize of $250,000.

Love Island Games season 2, hosted by Ariana Madix, began with 14 contestants from various global Love Island platforms. They competed against each other in different challenges as they fought for their chance at love, with the bonus of the ultimate cash prize. Lucinda Strafford and Isaiah Campbell were crowned love birds of the season as they bagged the winner’s title. Fans are crazy eager to see how their love life progresses. 

Actually, Isaiah won more votes from the other contestants, but he decided to split the prize money with his lady love. He said he was there for love, not the money, and ended up splitting up with his partner, Lucinda, in love, as fans gush over their heart-rending chemistry. Well, they didn’t just win the massive cash prize; they also won hearts, and they won the Peacock network some great TRPs.

Isaiah Campbell & Lucinda Strafford

The crowned couple of season 2 stole hearts with their coupling. They split the massive prize money of $250,000 after both choosing love over money. Left fans in awe. Although they didn’t put any labels on their relationship when they first got together, the chemistry was undeniable. The pair nowadays are seen basking in their winner’s glory on various social media platforms. Fans are eager to see if they will continue their relationship, as it may be long-distance for some time. Lucinda is from the UK, and Campbell is from the States. As of now, they seem to be together.

Justine Ndiba & Tyrique Hyde

The couple bagged second place in the season 2 finale. They stirred up quite a bit of drama with a re-coupling stunt. Regardless of the tension and the re-coupling that was stirred up, they still expressed interest in each other throughout the season. They admitted to having a connection and a willingness to pursue it even after the show. As of now, this dramatic couple has decided to be together, but not yet officially; they are putting no pressure on their connection. Hyde was previously seen on Love Island UK, while Ndiba previously appeared on Love Island USA.

Sydney Paight & Toby Aromolaran

This couple started strong at first until Toby wavered, wanting to re-couple with Garbi Denteh. This created a visible rift between the two, eventually leading upto their split. Sydney made it clear after that that they would compete only as “teammates” and nothing more. The pair came third in the finale. Their pair-up drama created quite some buzz in various online forums. Sydney is an alumna of Love Island USA and Love Island Australia. Toby is a Love Island UK alum. 

Johnny Middlebrooks & Gabby Allen

Johnny and Gabby were consistently phenomenal performers. They made it very clear from the very beginning that they were going to be a strategic couple; no love involved. Though they agreed mutually to have some fun, they shared a few kisses here and there. They came fourth in season 2. Therefore, after the show, their stance on their relationship remains unclear. Johnny was even seen with his villa ex after the show. Gabby is a Love Island UK alumna. Johnny is a Love Island USA alum. 

Garbi Denteh & Kendall Washington

Garbi and Denteh stayed together throughout the show after they coupled up on the very first day. They were one of the most talked-about couples on the show this season. Their connection and chemistry seemed to have an enormous potential for the viewers. They even shared their plans for discussing the future with each other. They both seemed very much into each other, and they plan to make it work regardless of the challenges. Therefore, they appear to be together after the show. Garbi previously appeared on Love Island in the Netherlands and Belgium. Kendall is a Love Island USA alumna. 

Andrea Carmona & Josh Goldstein

Andrea and Josh appear to be on good terms, post-show, as they announce that they are “just friends.” They were targeted by fellow islanders constantly. Their bond grew as they continued to team up consistently. During the show, they expressed mutual interest in each other. They announced they would be friends because it felt like moving too fast for Andrea, who had recently come out of a serious relationship before joining the show. Both are Love Island USA alums. 

Chris Seeley & Kay Kay Gray

They were the first romantic couple to be dumped together. “I think once we figure all that out and figure out if we even really, really like each other to a point where we are willing to do that, then we’ll focus more on that and see what’s best going forward and determine whether I’ll be spending some time in Dallas versus her in L.A.,” Chris shared in interviews, post show. They seemed enamoured by each other from the very beginning, making them the IT couple of the show for fans.
