Pawn Stars: Rick Harrison Announces Engagement With Angie Polushkin

Earlier this year, Pawn Stars boss Rick Harrison announced that he is engaged to his long-time partner, Angie Polushkin. The 60-year-old star proposed to his girlfriend in a very romantic setting at a winery in Casablanca, Chile. Angie was seen super emotional and happy, wearing a beautiful purple dress, accepting his proposal.

According to the reports, Rick proposed to Angie with a beautiful 6.5-carat pear-shaped ring. They crafted the ring at their own Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, and that’s the interesting part. The couple has been dating since January 2024. The same year, he lost his eldest son, Adam, because of a fentanyl overdose.

Pawn Stars Boss Rick Harrison Asks Chumlee To Fire A Shot

The Manhattan Manufacturing Company manufactured the medieval gun during the 1850s. The seller brought the gun to the Pawn Shop on his wedding day. He hoped to get a good amount in return for the gun, from which he would have brought a present for his partner. The seller added that he had brought the weapon from an estate sale and stated that he was expecting to receive at least $500 for it.

However, before proceeding with the deal further, Harrison wanted an expert to inspect the gun once. Later, he took the gun to a guy named Tony. He was accompanied by Corey Harrison and Chumlee. People called the gun the Pepper Box back in the day. Further, the expert confirmed that it cannot shoot anything beyond 10 feet. “Across the card table type of gun, that’s about it. Popular with the gamblers, ladies, little on the garter,” Tony added.

He later asked what his concerns were related to the gun, and Harrison added that he wanted to know what this gun was worth. Tony took the gun to a shooting range where he could test the weapon. He then placed it on the $500 mark. The seller asked for that exact amount. However, Harrison initially offered $200. But then he added that if the gun can fire, he’ll make it $300. And then he handed the gun over to Chumlee to fire a shot.

Tony added, “There’s always a danger when you shoot an old gun like that.” He further explained that it is nearly a hundred years old, and as the metal fatigues, corrodes, and rusts, it could actually blow up. Chumlee was scared to hear what Tony said. But then he took a shot, and thankfully it did not blow up. And the seller took $300 home on his wedding day.
