Pawn Stars: Fans React To The Show Being Halted!

Earlier this year, Corey Harrison confirmed that he is leaving the show. Additionally, he announced that the show is on hold and they have not renewed the contract with the History Channel. Reacting to it, a fan wrote on Reddit that they (History18) have made enough of it that they could cycle reruns forever and nobody would notice. Another follower joked and added that in all those episodes, there is the evolution of Corey’s voice, belly, and facial hair.

A fan commented that although the show was almost scripted and had a setup, it was enjoyable to watch simply for the items themselves. Another critic replied that the show’s primary focus was on the item and its history. “It was never about the actual price negotiations and the selling/buying of items,” the same user added. Well, one thing is for sure, that even if there are no new episodes of the show, the audience has so much content that they still watch and enjoy it.

HISTORY18: PAWN STARS

Rick noticed that the fossil had something written on it, claiming it was a mastodon tusk from Point Barrow, Alaska. He admitted that it is rare but really cool. The guest then revealed that three men in Point Barrow probably found the tusk, and they might have cut it into three pieces to divide among themselves. Further, Harrison added that it would have been costly if the guest had the whole piece. Explaining the age of the tusk, Rick said that mastodons were widespread across North America until approximately 7,000 to 8,000 years ago. 10,000 years ago.

He further guessed that when humans entered the area, they killed all of them as they were really docile creatures. The guest, Robert, said that he would want to get $2,000 for it. Rick then decided to bring in an expert paleontologist, Andre Lujan. After examining the item, the expert noted that it appears to be a charming piece, and the enamel is in excellent condition. He further stated that it could be thousands of years old. Lujan also noted that the piece was the tip of the tusk and had some artificial damage.

The expert stated that it could be worth $2,500, which is slightly higher than what the guest had asked for. Harrison presented his price, which was $1,400. After some bargaining and negotiation, both Harrison and the guest agreed to lock the deal at $1,700. Keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers for more Pawn Stars updates and tea.
