RHOBH alum Denise Richards escalated the divorce by calling ex Aaron’s mom to testify about alleged abuse. She is fighting hard to make the temporary restraining order permanent. She accused him of torture during their marriage. He filed for divorce in July 2025, citing irreconcilable differences in the official document, which surprised his wife.

Aaron asked for alimony from Denise, which got her questioning his ulterior motive. She opened up about her difficulty in splitting from him, despite his promise not to take that route. But now the main thing that came up is the horrors of their home incidents. The OnlyFans creator dared to bring her physical abuse to the legal proceedings. She highlighted his violent side that happened not so long ago. She slammed him for not filing their daughter’s adoption papers.

Denise Richards seriously claimed that Aaron had assaulted her, which their neighbors heard. They reported the screams and loud noises coming from their Beverly Hills home in LA to the authorities. This cropped out late at night, around 11:45 pm. When the cops arrived, they discovered an injured Denise. They immediately rushed her to the hospital.

Reports claimed that Aaron slapped, choked, and slammed Denise’s head against objects. Afterward, she gained stability with continuous medical attention. According to other reports, she accused him of harming her emotionally through threats to take revenge on both himself and her. Her estranged husband was arrested soon and was found to cooperate with the law. The LAPD, through a spokesperson, has confirmed that they are thoroughly investigating the incident.

A recent update on Denise and Aaron’s divorce revealed that the former called the latter’s mom, Patricia, to prove her abuse claims. She should have her temporary restraining order made permanent. Before the court’s next hearing next week, she submitted her list of eye-witnesses that included her former mother-in-law’s name. She has also given three other unknown names.

Denise claimed that two of her witnesses knew Aaron quite well and how he behaved with her in private. A US Weekly report obtained from insiders showed her trying to get Patricia to testify regarding communication between them. Of course, the 84-year-old has to give testimony on the abuse perpetrated on her former daughter-in-law by her son.

Denise said that she would ask Aaron to keep standing in th court for straight four hours, checking every fact related to domestic violence. Even some witnesses, whose names have been kept confidential, would likely undergo a testification each for four hours. After he initiated a divorce with the court, she submitted her documents.

Denise requested a TRO to detail her accusations against Aaron. She stated that multiple times, he squeezed her arms and hands tightly as he could. He even hacked her laptop and phone to download her chats. But he contradicted her statements, saying he had committed no offense. He thereby called her a cowardly wife.
