Erika Jayne from RHOBH had a surprise date with her ex-army boyfriend, nicknamed Shrek, in Los Angeles. She has found love again, even after saying she prefers a single life. Her divorce from her estranged and convicted husband, Tom Girardi, became a topic of discussion among fans.

Tom, the former legal representative, caused problems for him and Erika. She faced a whopping $24 million lawsuit accusing her of using money from his law firm for her benefit. But she denied doing any wrong, as she believed it was he who should be going to prison for falsely framing her. A month ago, he was found guilty of wire fraud.

RHOBH: Erika & Tom’s Divorce Is In Jeopardy After 4 Years Of Stalls!

Erika Jayne fought hard to finalize her divorce from Thomas Girardi as quickly as possible. It’s been almost four years since she has had no results that will bring her happiness. According to U.S. weekly reports, her case seemed to be dismissed in court at the next hearing due to numerous delays. 

On June 26, the judge didn’t hear from Tom’s attorney, while Erika was present with her legal representative, Jim Wilkes, in the LA Superior Court. Hence, the court set another hearing for 1st August, at which both parties are required to appear for the final judgment. The Bravo star was married to Girardi for 21 years until she filed for separation in 2020. Once her lawyer said, “I don’t think that the divorce will go anywhere. He’s not competent to defend it.”

The U.S Sun has snapped Erika Jayne showing off her new love life, who is a popular ex-U.S. Army Special Operations Sergeant Major named John McPhee. They released some pictures of the couple who held each other’s hands in LA. The 53-year-old is very close to the 54-year-old war veteran, whom she has affectionately named “Shrek.”

On July 7, Erila stepped outside with Shrek in casual outfits such as a t-shirt and jeans. The hottest pair walked into a parking area, with her clutch in one of her hands. While she is more inclined towards wearing designer clothes, she has opted for a simpler look. Even she had no makeup except a hat to protect her from the heat.

John looked dashing in a cool pair of shades. The legendary man had served on the front lines of Afghanistan and Iraq. He also worked as a Delta operator. His years of military experience set him apart from others. However, he claimed in an interview that he is a divorced man who has reportedly been married multiple times. 

On that note, Erika was in a failed marriage and not serious with any men she dated since then. Both the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and John have challenging past lives, but they might be navigating their hard fate together.
