The doctor’s report left Lisa and Harry shaken: Amelia had sepsis, a dangerous, potentially deadly infection. “She punctured something when she went into the bush,” Lisa said.

“It was very dangerous, guys,” Lisa added, highlighting how quickly something that seemed minor could escalate into a serious health crisis.
