RHOBH: Denise Richards’ Ex Aaron Released On Bail

Authorities arrested Aaron Phypers last month on spousal abuse charges. He claimed that his estranged wife, RHOBH’s Denise, and her lawyers had set him up. His own cousin testified against him, finally leading to his arrest. Michael Finley, Phypers’ attorney, accused Denise and her team of making “false accusations.” Authorities later released Phypers after he posted a $200,000 bail.

Aaron’s smiling photo with the bondswoman shortly after his release went viral. “It appears to be the same allegations we’re already fighting and I think proving to be false in the domestic violence case,” Michael Finley stated. “So, we expect it to also be proven false and for him to be exonerated,” he seemed hopeful about further proceedings. “I personally believe Aaron, and I don’t believe Denise or her witnesses,” Finley stated in his personal statement.

RHOBH: Denise Richards Finally Awarded A Permanent Restraining Order Against Aaron Phypers

The court finally granted RHOBH star Denise Richards’ request for a permanent restraining order on Friday, November 7. “It’s pretty classic domestic violence from my perspective,” the judge said. According to sources, the restraining order is set to expire on November 7, 2030.  “I think that it’s really pretty clear that you can’t take private things – and throw them out into the world like that without potential consequences,” the judge further added.

The judge additionally stated that just because the victim had an OF page, it doesn’t give the alleged any right to cross such boundaries. Denise filed for the restraining order after Aaron aggressively stole her personal belongings and distributed her nudes for money. In his defence, he claimed that he was out of cash because she apparently threatened his livelihood. He claimed to have ended up with no job prospects because of Richards.

Furthermore, he defended his actions, saying he is entitled to her OF earnings. Therefore, Phypers saw it right to sell her photos because he was apparently “entitled” to them. Despite having “no money”, paparazzi photographed Aaron outside a lotto office with a handful of lotto tickets. He has been paying his legal team their hefty remuneration and also posted a $200,000 bail. It seems to the public eye that he’s doing just fine, financially on his own.

The judge also called him out on his “entitlement” and ultimately awarded Denise the permanent restraining order. She recently became emotional, discussing the challenges she faced during her divorce battle in the new RHOBH Season 15 trailer.
