RHOBH Star Drags Ex-husband To Court On D0m€stic Vi0l€nce Allegations, “I Did Not Threaten To K!ll Anybody!”

Served hot in the Richards-Phypers divorce battle is a restraining order against the RHOBH fame’s ex-husband. RHOBH alumna Denise Richards filed for a restraining order against her ex-husband, Aaron Phypers. She emotionally urged the judge to change the temporary restraining order against her ex-husband into a permanent one.

Aaron Phypers appeared for the court hearing, vehemently denying all her claims. He revealed that Richards called him 17 times within a week of the restraining order granted to her. Following this, Phypers refuted her claims, presenting screenshots of the actress’s alleged harassment.

RHOBH: The Richards-Phypers Divorce Saga

Aaron took Denise to court after he filed for divorce from her on the grounds of infidelity. The latter denied any cheating allegations against her. Gradually starting a very messy, public divorce. Earlier last month, Aaron Phypers announced his plans to call on Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville to testify against Denise. Charlie Sheen, Denise’s ex-husband of 7 years, and RHOBH castmate Brandi Glanville are apparently two people whom Richards has wronged.

Earlier this month, Denise Richards testified about the years of abuse she faced from her ex-husband in an emotional hearing. Additionally, she provides medical reports and pictorial evidence. “These accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful. Denise and I, like many couples, have faced our share of challenges, but any suggestion of abuse is categorically untrue. I have always tried to approach our marriage with love, patience, and respect,” he said to US Weekly, denying domestic violence claims against him.

RHOBH: “I Have Not Abused Her,” Phypers Refuted Richard’s Claims In Court

Aaron stood firm, consistently refuting Denise’s domestic violence claims. “I never physically harmed Denise Richards,” he claimed. “never threatened to harm her,” he told the judge. “did not threaten to kill anybody,” he added. Phypers reiterated in court. Additionally, he also claimed that the temporary order was granted to Richards because “a lot of people like to be close to the stars. They’ll do things for them.”

Moreover, Richards, in her permanent restraining order petition, describes her ex-husband as volatile and aggressive. “He’s almost killed me so many damn times,” the actress testified emotionally. “He got very close to me and I felt extremely vulnerable,” she testified against him. “He would get as close as a couple of inches from my face. ……. grab my arms and he would yell, call me names [such as] cheating whore and a c— and a lying bitch,” the actress added in her testimony.

Furthermore, he went on to deny any of his alleged ‘manic’ episodes. He said that he had always been patient, respectful, and courteous throughout their marriage. He insisted on never having any aggressive outbursts, as claimed by the RHOBH star. Apparently, he had never put his hands on her or called her disrespectful names, regardless of the claims.

Phypher’s testimony came to light one day after the actresses’ allegations. “I’ve never called her a bitch… I’ve called her a liar, yes. But not a bitch, no,” he testified. “She has many phone numbers… some of them she had before and are inactive, or she reactivated,” he presented the court with screenshots claiming the actress harassed him by calling 17 times.
