Ed and Rosemarie fell for each other online and he went to the Philippines to spend some quality time with his girlfriend. The aim was to get to know her better in person. However, when he was in San Diego, he told some of his friends that he was going to propose to her. At the time, he felt that she was the one. But as days passed with him living in the Philippines, his doubts started increasing.
In an exclusive clip from the episode that will air on Sunday, Rose tells the cameras that she is feeling happy and expecting a proposal from Ed. During a romantic dinner, Ed told her that he wants someone who would never leave him and loves as well as respects him. But when Rose asked whether he wanted it all with her, there was a really awkward pause from his end.

We know that Ed has his doubts about being with Rose. However, this time, he said it to her face that he is not 100% sure. But he also said that he thinks that she is the one.
