TLC posted a video on their Instagram in which Garrick discussed how he and his legal wife divorced five years ago to bring in a sister wife. It seemed the family was preparing for Lorrana and Garrick to get married. Dannielle asked Lorrana to come downstairs, calling her “sister.” Soon after, Lorrana stepped out in a beautiful, short white dress. She kissed Garrick and then hugged Dannielle. Garrick added that there were a couple of people in their lives who were “bad apples.”

He also said that it was nice to see Lorrana’s commitment and sincerity in loving Dannielle. Soon after this, his eyes welled up with tears, and he added that she respected his entire family. He said that seeing someone come into the family and value them meant more to him than anything else. An overwhelmed Garrick added that Lorrana’s love for Dannielle and his family meant more to him than her love for him.

However, it seems they are not entirely happy with their decision to get married. Viewers were upset as they thought that Dannielle was being religiously abused. From the very beginning of the season, she has seemed a little reluctant about him marrying someone else.

However, Garrick got her on board by saying that this is what God wants. Now that it is actually happening, she cannot hold back her emotions. In a video, she was seen getting emotional moments before Garrick and Lorrana’s wedding, saying, “It was just a piece of paper.” Still, everything reminded her of their wedding. She is trying her best to adjust to the idea of sharing her husband with another woman. But at the same time, she fears that Garrick might prioritize the other woman over her.
