‘Sister Wives’ Checking Out All of Their Polarizing Property In Arizona

Kody and his Sister Wives have already purchased a lot of land in Arizona but they are unsure about what to do with it. Even though the entire scene was about the property in the recent season, the family still has a lot of thinking to do. Let’s take a look at it in detail.

Sister Wives: Fans Irritated At This Point

It has been overwhelming for Sister Wives fans to hear about property disputes throughout the 14th season. Almost every other episode revolved around whether the family should live in a single house or every wife should live in separate homes.

Janelle wanted the entire family to live under one roof. However, Christine has been pretty vocal about not wanting to live in the same house as her other sister wives. Tensions kept stirring as they tried to reach a conclusion. Another major dispute included Robyn in favor of renting a house and Kody wanting to buy one.

Kody and Robyn purchased the bungalow for $890,000. The house rests on 4 acres and comprises a total of five bedrooms. According to property records, in September t2018, Kody also purchased a property worth $520,000. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The residence also comprises granite countertops, solar panels, and vaulted ceilings.

The residence is less than a mile from the Brown family’s Coyote pass land. Coyote pass land spreads over 2.42 acres. The property cost Kody $222,900 and since the year 2016, it has been on the market. However, it is not clear when exactly Kody made the purchase.

Moreover, it’s not the only property the Brown family patriarch owns on the Coyote Pass land. In 2018, he and Christine also purchased a property of $300,000. It spreads on a 5.16 acres land and offers an amazing view along with privacy and serenity. Not only that, but Kody and Robyn also purchased two pieces of land. One spreading through 4.48 acres overlooking a pond which cost them $180,000. Another rested at 2.42 acres worth $170,000.

Sister Wives: What Will Kody Do With The Property?

Now that we have taken a good look at the Coyote Pass properties of the Browns in detail, the million-dollar question still persists. What will Kody do with all the property? Robyn is the only wife who lives in the house she owns. The other three wives live in rentals and we haven’t seen them revealing any future living arrangement plans for the future.

In one of the episodes, Kody also said something about using the property for investment purposes. According to some fan speculations, the entire family could move back to where they came from, considering that Utah has legalized polygamy. What do you think are the Browns going to do with their Coyote Pass land? Let us know in the comments below.
