The Sister Wives family is usually praising polygamy with all their might. No matter what happens, no one ever regrets being in a polygamist arrangement. However, recently Kody Brown stated that he is jaded. He is struggling with plural marriage. Let’s take a detailed look at what the Brown family patriarch is trying to imply.

The director of the show told Kody that he would like the concept of polygamy if his wives got along. Kody said that he used to. He added that when he was young, he loved seeing his wives playing and goofing around with each other. However, he doesn’t see the concept of polygamy in the same light as he used to when he was young.
The father of 18 kids stated that he is struggling and the entire family is struggling to get along. He admitted having grown cynical over these years and added that his wives seem to side with each other when it comes to making crucial decisions.
Wives Siding With Each Other Leaving Poor Kody Out In The Cold
Kody gave the example of the one house idea where if one wife doesn’t like the idea, the other decided to side with her instead of Kody. As we already know, he insists on all the wives living in a single house. However, only Janelle seems to be the one siding with Kody. Christine is absolutely against the idea.
As for Meri and Robyn, they are still in the thinking phase. Christine thinks that it is going to compromise her intimacy with Kody. On the other hand, Janelle thinks that it will bring their culture to a halt if they start living separately.
Sister Wives: Kody Not The Only One Struggling With Polygamy
Kody is not the only one struggling with polygamy. All his wives have been there. For instance, Robyn doesn’t have much help with the upbringing of her children. As for Meri, ever since Kody and Robyn got married, Meri’s relationship with Kody has never remained the same. Christine seems to have jealousy issues. Janelle wants to drive off in an RV and roam like a free bird with Kody which is not possible at present.
Of course, no one seems to get all their wishes fulfilled. Meri recently faced some bullying from her neighbors over her polygamist lifestyle. Fans assume that Christine is in love with Sister Wives star Kody and wants him exclusively for himself.
