He purchased approximately 12 acres of land known as Coyote Pass in Flagstaff. The family paid $820,000 altogether, with the land divided into four parcels. Three parcels stretch to 2.5 acres. The largest parcel is 5 acres, and it belongs to Christine. It is interesting to note that the owner of the largest parcel is not Robyn. We have seen her get some really special treatment. Moreover, Kody has been spending an awful lot of time with her.

The Brown family has given 10% of the total amount as a down payment. It costs them $4000, excluding property taxes per month. Things started to go downhill when their properties in Las Vegas took a year to sell out. Moreover, the lands are still underdeveloped. They are going to need a construction loan to build houses to accommodate all the four wives. After all, Kody’s blueprint of a single house hasn’t earned approval from the wives yet.
