Sister Wives star Meri Brown seems to be just a few steps away from securing her freedom. In the recent Sister Wives episode, Kody and Meri visited their counselor. In this trip, Meri was extremely honest with her and stated that her relationship with Kody is dead and over. Well, it’s not shocking but the fact that Meri finally gathered the courage to be so transparent is!

Most of the Sister Wives fans think that Meri has a pleasant attitude. However, Kody feels like she uses the positive side of her personality to constantly play the victim. She has been posting some pretty cryptic messages on Instagram with hidden meanings. However, Kody kept on downplaying them.
From Kody’s attitude, fans get a vibe that he has completely given up on his relationship with Meri. To be blunt, he might not even care about his first and former legal wife anymore. When Meri said that the relationship is over, it seemed like she is close to making an infirm decision. Kody revealed that their relationship hasn’t been a smooth ride. Later, he said in the confessional that he is tired of hearing how wrong he is.

Kody and Meri are no longer living as a married couple. Kody himself confessed this in the recent episode. On the other hand, Meri feels like Kody is reluctant to make things work between them. After Meri got caught up in the emotional affair, in other words, the catfishing scandal, she went back to live with Kody. But she revealed that their relationship was never the same after that.
Most of Meri’s confessions indicated that she was feeling like an outsider in her own family. She revealed that somehow, the family has distanced themselves from her and she doesn’t feel like a part of the clan anymore.

Meri has been spending some alone time traveling without her Sister WIves clan accompanying her. This indicates that she has not completely shut herself off from happiness. Moreover, fans also seem to think that she appears happier when she is alone. In fact, Meri is the only Sister wife of Kody Brown who owns property without Kody’s name on it. She also has a well-settled career.

In most Sister Wives episodes, fans have felt that Kody has this incessant desire to have his own way all the time. This is the main reason why he treats everyone who disagrees with him with disrespect.
