Sister Wives: Meri Rejects Kody’s Offer, Kody Scolds Robyn For Taking Meri’s Side

In the recent clip, we can see Robyn telling Kody that she is not going to fight with Meri over this. Meri recently rejected Kody’s offer which is creating a lot of chaos. But he flips out and tells her that she is already getting everybody else’s scrapes. In the confessional, Robyn says that this is not something worth fighting over.

Later, Kody says that he is tired of trying to accommodate Meri. According to Christine, this fight might not be about real estate only. She seems to think that this has something to do with Meri and Kody’s relationship. Let’s take a look at what happened in detail.

Sister Wives Family At Their Breaking Point

According to Janelle, there is something going on with the family and she can feel it. When the family made their move to Flagstaff from Vegas, they thought that they would live apart for a while and then come together to live nearby, if not in the same house. They have their land on Coyote pass in which they are planning to establish living arrangements.

The debate about whether the family should live in a single house or separate homes for each wife is still going on. But the arguments have certainly driven them apart and the distance is further driving a wedge between them.

Their current houses are miles away and the kids only get to meet their other siblings at school or at a family gathering. Recently, Robyn’s landlord decided to sell her rental, so she is looking for a new place. Of course, we know that she and Kody are on to the million-dollar house.

Sister Wives: Meri Doesn’t Want To Buy a New Home

Instead of letting Meri look for a rental, Kody Brown wants her to buy a house. However, Meri declined the offer and said that she will look for a rental instead. This decisive stand on her part didn’t go well with Kody.

Ever since Meri got involved in an emotional affair online, their marriage had never remained the same. Even though the other person turned out to be a catfish, Meri and Kody’s relationship never fully recovered after that.

Sister Wives: Which Wife Is Committed To The Family?

Kody legally divorced Meri when he had to adopt Robyn’s children from her previous marriage. So, he married Robyn on paper but legally, Meri and Kody remained married. At some point, even fans started to think that the divorce could have been Meri’s pass to get out of the plural marriage. But not only did Meri choose to stay, she even uprooted her entire life in Vegas to move to Flagstaff. The fact that she has been born and brought up in a polygamist household has a strong role to play in the way she is dealing with the family situation.

She is also not considering buying a place and renting one until the family gets to live together. This shows that Meri might be more dedicated to the family as a whole than we thought. When Robyn’s rental was gone, she even offered to host family gatherings at her place. As for Robyn, she immediately bought the million-dollar house with Kody the first chance she got. As for Janelle, she is with Kody’s idea of the family living in the same house to preserve their culture and prevent their family from falling apart. Christine earlier stated that she is happy to live next door to her sister wives but not with them.
