According to another recent cryptic quote by Meri, if someone responds to your story with understanding and empathy, there is no place for shame. From what we have seen on the show, Meri has stated her side of the story plenty of times in front of Kody and other wives. However, no one seems to understand her nor show any empathy. 

Is Meri referring to the lack of understanding between her and her polygamist family? It definitely looks like that. After all, she is Meri Brown. Don’t you think alternate meanings hidden in her cryptic posts are her specialty by now? Why wouldn’t they be? After all, the reality TV star has conveyed her exact thoughts many times. But somehow, neither her husband nor fellow-wives seem to pay any heed to them.

Since the time Meri and Kody’s relationship hit a reef, she has been posting cryptic quotes on her social media. It’s not hard to determine who she might be referring to over all these months. According to the last encounter between Kody, Meri, and their therapist, she said that their relationship is dead and over. In other words, the Brown family patriarch said that he didn’t know Meri well before they tied the knot. 

Even though they have tried online counseling for a while now, it seems like it had little to no effect on improving their relationship. Meri also stated that people constantly ask her why she doesn’t walk out of the marriage.

If Meri’s cryptic quotes are not sufficient hints on their own, then perhaps her and Kody snubbing a major milestone in their life can be an odd indication. Neither Meri nor Kody acknowledged their 30th marriage anniversary anywhere on social media. It was a major milestone, yet, fans didn’t get a peep out of the couple.
