It turns out that unlike what it seems, Sister Wives star Meri Brown does have a good relationship with at last one member of the Brown family. And that member happens to be Robyn. In her recent Instagram post, she calls her sister wife a friend and a back to lean on. As expected, internet trolls made their way through. But there was one particular fan who was surprised at the fact that she trusts Robyn. The comment was a little nasty. However, Meri being Meri is no far behind when it comes to shutting trolls. She quickly slammed the statement with some of her own passive-aggressive words. Let’s take a look as to what exactly happened.
Sister Wives Meri And Robyn Are Friends
Even though it might seem the other way, Meri and Robyn do get along to some extent. The first wife and the legal wife are definitely not enemies. Meri made the amicable relationship clear in one of her Instagram posts. On 25th June, the reality TV star took to Instagram to post a picture of the two of them together. The caption read, “Everyone needs someone who has her back, who she can call friend, who she can trust, yes, even when she creeps up on you in a dark alley in Chicago. 😊 I’ll keep her … 💖💖💖.”
One follower was quick to offer an opinion on her post. The comment said that the person is glad Meri feels this way. But after all that has been out there on TV, the commentator is surprised that she trusts Robyn. The follower goes on to say that Meri might be looking through rose colored glasses.
Kendra Pollard-Parra, an insider close to Robyn states that Meri was almost on the verge of separating from the family. In fact, she rarely spends any time with them. She only comes together with the rest of the Brown family when they have to film for the show.
Sister Wives: Meri’s Response To The Trolls
Meri replied to the follower by saying, “Nah, I’m a pretty wise woman. Thanks though!” This seems like a slap in the face for the troll! It’s hard to believe that Meri is defending her sister wife so passionately. There had been rumors about Meri not getting along with the rest of the brown family. When Kody divorced her to get married to Robyn, many fans didn’t like it. Even though the Brown family gives more emphasis to spiritual unions than legal ones, not all fans agree.
Most people think that it was unfair of Kody and Robyn to get legally married and leave Meri out in the cold. Some said that it wasn’t good on Robyn’s part to just take over her life. They disrespected Meri when they tied the knot. However, with Meri’s post, it doesn’t seem that she is concerned about all the trolls circling around the internet.
