Teen Mom 2 star Adam Lind was put behind bars last month after staying out of legal trouble for two years. He was arrested on August 20 in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. Lind is accused of his inability to pay child support and driving with expired plates. Although it might seem that driving without valid plates is a small thing, Lind gets into trouble pretty easily. Back in October 2019, Adam Lind was finally off probation after being kept on a short leash by local law enforcement. And currently, he is no longer in custody. Let’s dig in more.
Teen Mom 2: Chelsea And Cole Eager To Adopt Aubree If Lind Agrees
Adam Lind is released on bail. However, it is unclear as to what penalty he will face if found guilty. His child support case stems from his custody agreement with Houska. For his other daughter with ex Taylor Halbur, he signed away his parental rights in 2018 to allow Halbur’s husband to legally adopt her. Similarly, Chelsea and her husband, Cole, are eager to adopt Aubree legally. The couple has been clearly saying that Cole has ‘his pen ready’ and would adopt Aubree ‘in a heartbeat.’ Such is the bond! However, for that to happen, Lind needs to agree to it.
Adam Lind Stuck With A flurry Of Arrests
Adam’s lists of arrests doesn’t end here. His recent stint with driving with expired plates follows his May 2018 arrest. Back then, he was charged with violating a protective or no-contact order. A quick flashback to 2017 brings yet another flurry of arrests for Lind. Be it once for violating a no-contact order filed by an ex-girlfriend, or another time on domestic assault charges, a third time for failing several court-mandated drug tests, and in April for “exhibition driving.” And just how many times this man has been arrested only for being released later!
Teen Mom 2: Aubree Is Growing Into A Fine Young Woman
If we take a look at Adam’s background, he grew up in a stable home with supportive parents. Truth be told, his parents did a better job of bonding with their daughters than Lind. However, he did fail in being a responsible father and that’s good that Houska distanced herself from him. As for Houska and Aubree, they are leading a good life but would be tied to Adam forever. Chelsea once shared that her girl has come to terms with her biological father. The expecting mother further added that Aubree has her own opinions, and she always speaks up when needed!
